Sinfonia

Sinfonia is Mussoc’s student-run, auditioned symphony orchestra. We perform works that are challenging and varied, but the aim is to get you playing with a smile on your face. Our cheerful student conductors create a hard-working and friendly atmosphere in rehearsals and the concerts are always a great occasion.

Recent concert repertoire includes Sibelius' Finlandia, Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake and Nutcracker suites, Bizet's Carmen Suites and much more!

Sinfonia provides a great opportunity to meet likeminded students from a variety of subjects and we also aim to be involved with other Mussoc ensembles. 

Rehearsals are: Mondays 6:30-9pm, Rehearsal Hall, Department of Music
