Coro, literally from the Italian 'Chorus', is the unauditioned SATB voice choir of the University of Nottingham's Music Society. The choir prides itself on its welcoming vibe and the wide range of repertoire covered. The highlights of our recent repertoire include Vivaldi's Gloria, a Frozen medley, Carol of the bells and Singing in the Rain. Some of our repertoire from past years consist of Benjamin Britten’s ‘Ceremony of Carols’, a variety of Rutter’s compositions, Adiemus’ Songs of Sanctuary and an assortment of songs from the renowned West End musical ‘Sister Act’.
Rehearsals are: Wednesdays 3:30-5pm, Djangoly Recital Hall, Department of Music
